If you’re not following up with current members, you’re MISSING out! When we say the word follow up, we think about calling all the past guests that have not joined our club.
Let me ask everyone a question: “Who is following up with their current members?” Follow ups are not just for your missed guests. Following up with all your current members is just as critical. We need to keep in “touch” with our members on a monthly basis.
By following up with all your current members you can discover what everyone, members and nonmembers alike, think of your facility. Follow-up calls will help keep your members active and shows that you value their input by asking them questions. If you don’t have a current member follow-up system in place, it’s TIME to start, TODAY!
