New Infrared Saunas are the Hottest Technology

There Is A Loud Interest And Health Clubs Are Listening. Very recently a new type of sauna using the latest infrared technology has become an international sensation. It’s been written about in newspapers, magazines, and has been featured on televisions worldwide. It’s even considered a major health breakthrough by experts such as Dr. Sherry Rogers in her book, Detoxify or Die. Infrared saunas are not new. They are new however, to the American market. For the last 20 years in Japan, doctors have routinely prescribed infrared saunas for many conditions such as weight loss, cancer and diabetes with positive results.

What’s All The Excitement About?
A “Far Infrared Sauna” is an amazing new product that has unique heating elements that emit far infrared heat. While not nearly as hot and uncomfortable as the typical hot rock saunas, far infrared heat has the ability to penetrate the body, fast and deep, which is where the benefits begin. Since the heat is on the same level as our body – 9.4 microns – there is zero resistance to penetrating the body, it is virtually at the speed of light.

Toxins And Acids Cause Obesity.
The use of infrared saunas expels toxins, thereby enabling clients to lose weight safely and keep the weight off. Over time, we are all exposed to toxins, which cannot be metabolized by the body. It is virtually impossible to avoid and nearly impossible to rid your body of these disease-causing and fat-storing toxins.

Far infrared heat penetrates deep enough and it’s hot enough to melt (subcutaneous) fat. This is where the body stores excess acids and toxins (toxins are acids). Infrared heat melts fat at 104 degrees then allows these nasty toxins to be shaken loose so they can be eliminated out of your body through sweat.

NASA Discovered Cardiovascular Benefits.
In the late 1980s, NASA started using infrared heat technology to help astronauts simulate a cardiovascular workout while in zero gravity. Recent research has suggested that most people using an infrared sauna for just half an hour will burn between 300-600 calories.

Thousands Of People Are Looking – But Can’t Find Far Infrared Saunas.
Thousands of potential health club members have called our company to find a place they can use a far infrared sauna because these saunas have proven to be a perfect complement to any workout and will kickstart any fitness program, or enhance existing programs.

“I book about 20 sauna sessions a day, with plans to add another sauna by the end of 2006. My clients have noticed a decrease in soreness after working out. They feel better; have increase in energy, weight loss, and skin tone.” Jennifer Presnal, Healthnut Fitness, Surprise, AZ.

Most health clubs are in a position to not only attract new clients, but also positively impact the overall heath and fitness of existing clients. Owners have seen firsthand the high rates of obesity across the country. By offering an infrared sauna to clients, owners and trainers can complement weight loss, fitness and recovery goals for their clients.
