The easiest way to get your members buying more from you is to simply ask them to buy more from you. It really is that simple. You lose 100 percent of the sales you don’t ask for. Make sure your front desk staff is asking everyone that walks in if they would like to buy a pre-workout drink, and ask everyone on their way out if they are currently taking any protein supplements following their workouts. Your members probably don’t even know the benefits of some of the other things you have to offer. It’s your staff’s job to educate them and introduce them to the other offerings of your health club.
