How much money are you spending on retention every month? This is a common problem in clubs today. Owners get so focused on the “new” member that they forget that they need to spend money on the existing members as well.
This can be done in lots of different ways — through monthly gift cards or a special gift for every year that they are member at your club. It takes $100 to get one prospect through the door, and they are just that — a prospect. Is it not wise then to spend at least $50 year on your current members?
