Most clubs make changes or upgrades to their business because they feel it’s best for their business and members. However, you should really consider your members’ opinions more.
Take regular surveys of your membership base regarding improvements or changes to your club. Not just the standard questions like: What class would you like next? or What time should we open in the morning?
Ask them about promotional ideas or referral rewards you are considering. The more control members feel they have over the club, the more devoted they will become.
