Do not underestimate the power of how you are speaking, and especially the tone of your voice. How well do you use your voice to express emotion, put the prospect at ease and emphasize the importance of your sales message? People are making assumptions about you by what you say and how you say it. This could mean you blow the appointment or the deal simply by speaking in a way that does not appeal to your prospect.
Be aware of your inflection, the energy, the words you use and the pacing of your conversation try to match all of these factors with your client. You’ll find that your communication has more of an impact and your sales will skyrocket.
