Innovative new fitness company and first-time IDEA World attendee, Xercise Lab, is redefining the group fitness experience. Xercise Lab offers six unique pre-choreographed programs that target men, women and children. Xercise Lab licenses the programs on an exclusive basis to U.S. and international clubs. Licensing a specific territory grants clubs the exclusive right to run XERCISE LAB® programming within that territory, and prevents competitors in the same territory from licensing Xercise Lab programs.
The six Xercise Lab programs are as follows:
• BUILD LAB®: A 45-minute challenging body weight training program
• BURN LAB®: A 45-minute xtreme cardio interval program
• RESTORE LAB®: A 25-minute athletic stretching program
• H2O BUILD LAB®: A 45-minute shallow-water body weight training program
• H2O BURN LAB®: A 45-minute shallow- and deep-water cardio interval program
• RECESS LAB®: A 45-minute cardio and strength program for children ages 4–12
Xercise Lab programs are gender neutral and require no equipment. The choreography is simple but intense, and the programs are designed to offer an Xtreme experience in a short class time. Xercise Lab trains instructors in challenging X3 Training™s on-site at licensed facilities.
The Xercise Lab eXertainment schedule at IDEA World 2013 is as follows:
Thursday, August 8: 1:15pm-1:30pm and 3:20pm-3:35pm
Friday, August 9: 1:25pm-1:40pm and 3:30pm-3:45pm
Saturday, August 10: 12:25pm-12:40pm and 2:30pm-2:45pm
Xercise Lab opened its corporate location in Palo Alto, California in the summer of 2012 and began licensing its programs at the end of that same year. Xercise Lab currently has 12 licensed clubs in the United States, Mexico, Denmark and Russia. Company Founder, Jenny Rowe, is speaking at the IDEA press conference and is also available for interviews at Booth 516. Xercise Lab also has licensees and Lab Pro™s available for interviews throughout the conference.
