The Retention People (TRP), which provides customer experience management software, is now integrated with Shape.Net software, a cloud-based system that works with health and wellness institutions. This integration will allow for more communication between club owners/operators and their members.
Shape.Net provides club management software that helps gyms track membership and retention in a more efficient way. Its software can track what kind of personal training packages are purchased, training activity from all members, membership renewals and more. The system also offers a web scheduler where all appointments with personal trainers can be tracked.
For the more business-oriented side of club management, Shape.Net also offers software for credit and debit card payments, product cataloging and electronic funds transfers.
According to Shape.Net, the integration with TRP will allow for more efficient marketing research and retention strategies to be available to clubs. TRP’s software integrates with more than 40 membership systems worldwide now, according to its website.
TRP falls under the umbrella of the Jonas Group, owned by Constellation Software Inc., which is the second-largest software company in Canada.
Shape.Net has been in existence since 2002, and operates in both the United States and Canada. According to its website, the company was the first exclusively web-based club management system.
