PlayCore Holdings, Inc. (PlayCore), a leading designer, manufacturer and marketer of a broad range of play and recreation products, announced the acquisition of Power Systems.
Founded in 1986, Power Systems is recognized throughout the sports and fitness industries for its superior selection of fitness, strength training and sports conditioning products. The company maintains a firm commitment to quality, and its staff is comprised of knowledgeable and professional individuals from numerous fitness and sports disciplines. The acquisition will continue PlayCore’s growth in the fitness market. Day-to-day operations will continue from Power Systems’ facility in Knoxville, Tennessee, and will be supported by the management team in PlayCore’s Chattanooga, Tennessee office.
