As the women’s fitness landscape enters a new era, EnVie Fitness for Women is continuing to set the trend by launching a new fitness model that will better accommodate the demands of today’s American women.
With smaller studio boutique group fitness becoming increasingly popular among health-minded female consumers, EnVie’s new program will forego conventional exercise machines and implement a primary focus on group training classes in its U.S. studios moving forward. However, the biggest differentiator between EnVie and other boutique group fitness studios is the wide variety of classes, not just one kind of class being offered.
“The whole EnVie team is extremely passionate about improving our fitness model and our ultimate goal is to provide clients a program that offers variety, not just one focus such as yoga or barre,” said Liberty Harper, EnVie’s director of operations. “This is a momentous step for the company and we are confident that these new changes will further catapult EnVie to the forefront of women’s fitness. Our members are asking for more classes, more guidance and more of a community than just a gym.”
An exciting variety of signature group training sessions that target both cardiovascular as well as strengthening from cardio-dance like Zumba, to circuit formats incorporating the latest fitness trends created by industry experts will be provided to each studio each month, ensuring fresh, structured workouts that require minimal thought for members every time they come in.
Each session focuses on one of EnVie’s six unique zones: Cardio, Tone, Boxing, Functional, Express, and Low Impact, all of which are designed to correspond with MYZONE technology. MYZONE technology allows members to view their intensity level via in-studio screens that display their individual heart rate. The real-time feedback ensures maximum results for every member and allows them to conveniently track effort and performance.
“EnVie continuously strives to provide our clients with the best of everything. The best instructors, the best classes, best technology. We offer guidance, accountability and a culture that is second to none in the boutique studio space. Through our new group training program, women will have the convenience and constant variety that will make it easier for them to reach their fitness goals,” added Harper.
The new fitness model will be rolled out in conjunction with the debut of EnVie’s newest studio in San Diego, which is slated to open in the fall.
