Alexis Bredeau

Alexis Bredeau grew up in Tampa, Florida, with soccer being the true passion of her upbringing. She played on many travel teams, won a HS State Championship, broke school records, played on the Olympic Development Team, was invited to National Team Training Camp, earned a full ride Division 1 Scholarship to UNF, and eventually played overseas in Finland. Passion for health, wellness and activity is an understatement. She's worked her way up from a sales associate, to manager, to training manager, to director of sales and operations. She thoroughly enjoys working for and with people with a greater purpose, and putting a large emphasis on humanistic leadership. Outside of work, you’ll find her trying a multitude of fitness boutiques, listening to a podcast, running outside, or in the water - this Florida girl loves her sunshine!
