Your Facility Must Have an E-Newsletter

Keeping in contact with you members is an absolute must and e-mail marketing dollar for dollar is the best marketing method available. There are many services our there that allow you to keep in contact with you members and it is important that you invest in one of them.
Weekly tips and tricks are a great way to keep the facility top of mind with your members and add value to your memberships. If your members are hearing from you on a regular basis they will develop more loyalty to your facility. In addition to tips and trick you should also include member spotlights and testimonials of the clients who are seeing good results at the club. This will motivate your membership base as well as expose them to programming such as personal training. You can also use your e-mail marketing to announce events and special promotions to your members. However, be cautious not to blatantly solicit in your e-mails. If a member feels you are only trying to sell them something, odds are it will have the opposite effect you are looking for and they will become less enthusiastic with the facility as whole.
