The LES MILLS GRIT™SERIES comprises three new 30-minute workouts across key exercise genres — strength, cardio and plyometrics — with each program renewed four times a year with fresh choreography and music.
The programs are backed by the latest exercise science and proven to deliver dramatic increases in strength and cardiovascular fitness, and decreases in weight and waistline over and above the results provided by traditional exercise programs.
Designed specifically for small-group or team training, each of the three LES MILLS GRIT™SERIES programs can be run in a functional training area, a fitness studio, on the gym floor, basketball court, circuit room or even outdoors.
LES MILLS GRIT™SERIES generates the energy of a sports team in the health club. The programs help innovative facilities attract more people, including those who might never attend traditional group fitness — especially males.
LES MILLS GRIT™STRENGTH uses barbells, plates and the bench to blast all major muscle groups, burn fat and make muscles lean and toned. LES MILLS GRIT™PLYO builds a powerful, agile, athletic body using the principles of plyometrics.
LES MILLS GRIT™CARDIO burns fat with high-impact bodyweight exercise in an explosive workout — with no equipment needed.
