InTouch Technology, the leading provider of health club sales and retention software, is pleased to announce the launch of InTouch Follow-Up’s enhanced Smart Match integration with ABC Financial’s DataTrak. The InTouch Follow-Up Smart Match feature now transfers lead and member data between the two systems through the most recent and up-to-date sync with DataTrak.
InTouch Technology has enhanced Smart Match to automatically sync lead and member statuses from DataTrak into InTouch Follow-Up on an hourly basis. Smart Match detects when leads or members exist in DataTrak, but not in InTouch Follow-Up. It then creates the corresponding new member records in InTouch Follow-Up so health clubs can reduce duplicate data entry and be confident that all new members are receiving retention e-mails, text messages and phone calls.

Smart Match guarantees that no leads get missed and all new members, whether they join online or in the gym, automatically receive the correct member follow-up communications.
