InTouch Social Referral will help health and fitness clubs of all sizes generate more member referral leads and ensure that each lead is followed-up with so clubs sell more memberships and personal training.
One of the most effective ways of generating high-quality leads for health clubs is by getting referrals from members; however many clubs find it challenging to consistently get the number of referral leads they need to feed their sales pipeline. InTouch Social Referral provides clubs with a simple way for their members to share a free pass or an offer with family and friends via Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Google+ or email. When a member’s friend claims the free pass or offer that was shared, their contact details are automatically fed into InTouch Follow-Up and they are scheduled for follow-up communication.

InTouch Social Referral supports clubs’ existing referral workflows by having staff ask new members to share the club’s offer on their social media accounts or through email at the point-of-sale. The new features also help generate referral leads from existing members by allowing clubs to run a referral email or text message campaign that encourages members to share a free pass after they’ve joined the club. InTouch Social Referral will be available as an optional upgrade package to InTouch Follow-Up in October.
