EGYM, a global leader in fitness technology and corporate wellness, is strengthening its North American presence with the opening of their new U.S. headquarters at 1401 17th St. in Denver’s LoDo Towers. The expansion supports EGYM’s rapid growth across the region and reflects the company’s commitment to Denver as a hub for innovation and connected fitness.
To mark this milestone, EGYM will host an official ribbon-cutting ceremony on Tuesday, November 18, from 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. at the new headquarters. The event will bring together civic leaders, business partners, and the broader Denver community to celebrate EGYM’s growth and investment in the city.
“Denver has become a true hub for innovation, tech talent, and the health and wellness industry — the perfect foundation for our North American headquarters,” said Philipp Roesch-Schlanderer, the CEO and co-founder of EGYM. “This expansion signals the momentum of our North American business and positions us to accelerate the next chapter of growth, together with our partners, customers and the Denver community.”
“EGYM’s expansion into LoDo Towers reflects the company’s rapid growth,” added Dana Milkie, the general manager, North America. “Over the past three years, our EGYM team has expanded by 150% and achieved more than 50% year-over-year revenue growth since 2022, with a presence now in over 6,000 locations.”
The expansion also coincides with the launch of EGYM Wellpass in North America, beginning with Denver as the first launch city. Colorado, recognized as one of the healthiest states in the nation, offers the ideal environment to drive new opportunities for workforce wellbeing — helping employers reduce healthcare costs while empowering fitness providers with highly engaged members.
EGYM’s original Denver site at 1920 17th St. will remain a health club and showroom where members and visitors can experience its AI-powered equipment and connected fitness technology firsthand.
