Don’t forget your members! While everyone is busy this time of year with all the new people and activity in the club it’s easy to overlook the loyal members who were there in November and December. There is a tendency to think that those regulars will always be there, but if you take them for granted you might have a big surprise coming when things get back to normal.

Now is the perfect time to send a thank you gift, reward them for their patronage and just let them know that they are appreciated. This can be as easy as a pro shop discount, a couple free tanning sessions or a postcard that says thanks. Long after the crowd has died down you will see many of the same ole faces. Just don’t assume they will always be there, especially if they don’t think you’d notice if they weren’t.
