Are you communicating with your members on a weekly or monthly basis? These days’, keeping in contact with your members is a must. In our business, it seems we forget about people once they sign up.
Doing weekly and monthly newsletters can be a great retention tool for your club. Include new offers inside — stick a short PT special to get people back in the club. If you are not communicating with your members, you are missing out. Once you start sending things, your members will start to look forward to receiving them on a weekly or monthly basis, such as your member spotlight, tips of the week, etc.
Don’t forget to communicate with your members. Remember, it takes less money to keep a member than acquire a new member.
