We sometimes lose focus on what matters. If you are constantly on the new membership turnstile you focus on the front door as valuable members sneak out the back. This happens mostly because people don’t reach the goals they desire. I’m sure you realize if people showed up on a more regular basis the elusive fitness goals would not be as hard to come by.
You should begin to reward your members for attendance and incentives with small gifts, club bucks, freebies and recognition. By making members aware that you care whether or not they show up they will be more inclined to show up. The additional benefit is when they show up regularly chances are the results they enjoy will reflect their routine attendance. You will have a satisfied client, whom you encouraged to actually show up and hit their goals.
