Are you listening to your members, or are you just guessing what you think they want? One of the most powerful tools we can use is member surveys. There are times when we tend to get some negative information on them, but even if it is negative, perhaps it’s something you can fix relatively easy that you didn’t think was such a big deal in your club. Just because something is a small deal to you, doesn’t mean it’s not a big deal to 10 other people. It’s about what the members want, not what you want. Don’t hesitate to do a member survey every quarter, so you have the chance to fix negative things before it’s too late.
