Conigent, Inc., announced the launch of Wodify (www.wodify.com), a custom mobile app for the CrossFit industry. Wodify electronically tracks and measures athletes’ daily performance, strength records, diets, benchmarks and other member data.
With Wodify, coaches and athletes can log their activities during and after workouts. In addition, Wodify contains a food journal and member management features for box owners, including automated billing, sales, scheduling, analytics and social media integration.
“The difference between Wodify and other electronic tracking systems is its simplicity and box-wide use, rather than being a tool that only some athletes in a box will use,” said Ameet Shah, the CEO of Conigent, Inc. “This really drives home community.
