A recent study revealed that health club members rank ab machines as one of their “Top 10” favored health club activities. Along with cardio and strength training, the study found that ab training has carved its own category in the health club market and that core training remains one of the top trends for 2014.
Based on this study and the popularity of its Ab Coaster product line, The Abs Company is focused on marketing innovative abdominal equipment. Last year, the company expanded its product line to include the Ab Solo and Abs Bench brands.

In 2014, The Abs Company will unveil a new concept for health clubs called “The Core Zone,” an area dedicated to training the core. The Core Zone will be launched at the IHRSA tradeshow in San Diego on March 12-15, 2014 (Booth Number 3820).
