Make Abdominal Training Fun with the AB SOLO
Share on FacebookShare on LinkedIn

webThe AB SOLO has been a fun way to make a boring ab crunch workout more exciting and effective. Late last year, The Abs Company launched a newly re-designed AB SOLO to make the product even better. The new unit is sleeker, quieter, more compact and has fewer moving parts. The seat design features an air-filled lumbar support pad that is comfortable for the user and also provides a pre-stretch to maximize full-range abdominal contraction.

Three multi-color “touch targets” have been added to promote oblique training and to provide an opportunity for personal trainers to interact with clients while exercising on the AB SOLO. For example, calling out a sequence such as “black, red, throw, red, yellow, etc.” The re-designed unit also includes a counter/timer that gives instant feedback for counting reps or timing intervals.

The new AB SOLO was launched in the fourth quarter of 2013. Many clubs have installed the unit and are raving about the new design. Not only do members love using the product, but with a smaller footprint and fewer moving parts, the new AB SOLO also takes up less space and requires less maintenance — two huge benefits for health club owners.

Club Benefits:

The Ab Solo is a fun and effective abdominal exercise machine that keeps users excited about working their core and abdominal muscles with a patented ball return design. The all-new AB SOLO features a sleek design with a smaller footprint and quieter performance than the original.
