Snap Fitness has announced a brand remodel featuring a modern, sleek aesthetic update.
According to the company, the goal for the remodel is to provide franchisees and members with a new look and feel, without compromising the quality workout experience the brand is known for.
The most prominent feature of the redesign is the custom wall options that feature hundreds of Snap Nation members. Franchisees can choose either a unique full-color collage or an American flag collage that they can customize with their own images of members, personal trainers and more.
“We knew right away we wanted to make a statement with the club redesign,” said Steele Smiley, the chief officer responsible for brand strategy, in a press release. “It needed to be bold, but also inspire our members. We viewed it as a huge opportunity to both motivate and grow our member base, and the final product will do just that.”
“Our brand has enjoyed more than 10 years of success with little change to the design of our clubs,” says Peter Taunton, the founder and CEO of Snap Fitness, in the press release. “With this new redesign, we aim to modernize our clubs while further establishing ourselves as America’s fitness brand.”
The transformation will begin in early 2015 with the brand’s flagship location in Chanhassen, Minnesota. Each new club will adopt the updated design, with redesign opportunities offered as an option to current franchisees.
Snap Fitness has 2,000 clubs open or in development in 18 countries.
