O2 Fitness has been selected by Les Mills to host its “Super Quarterly” event this Saturday, Aug. 8 at O2 Fitness’ Cary location.
O2 Fitness was the only East coast club chosen for this honor, a testament to O2 Fitness’ continued commitment to leadership in the fitness industry.
The Super Quarterly is an event designed by Les Mills featuring high-energy master classes and groundbreaking education taught by national and international presenters and attended by group fitness instructors. The all-day massive fitness event offers instructors a wealth of information, including introductions to newly choreographed fitness classes and brand new class offerings, all taught by master trainers.
In addition to Saturday’s training sessions, the Les Mills Master Trainers will also offer FREE classes on Friday night for O2 Fitness members.
According to Carter Collins, Regional Group Fitness Manager at Cary’s O2 Fitness, Les Mills selected O2 Fitness because of its commitment to the Les Mills brand. Les Mills classes have formed the foundation of O2 Fitness’ group fitness department for nearly a decade, and the O2 Fitness’ 12 clubs are continually expanding their Les Mills class offerings.
