Epsilon Brings Fitness Connections’ Vision to Life

Word-of-mouth marketing can only go so far. Here, Dal Clayton, the COO of Fitness Connection, explains how Epsilon took his company’s marketing to another level.

CS: How were you introduced to Epsilon, and why did you decide to partner with them?

DC: We have worked with the Epsilon team for 12-plus years growing our business. We started with them and stay with them because they understand our business and continue to be innovative. They take our vision and make it come to life and make it work for us.

CS: What are the benefits to your business as a result of this partnership?

DC: With Epsilon we have all of our products and services under one roof. We analyze all aspects of the marketing from creative to channel in order to get the best return on our investment. Since we have one point of contact we can easily prepare for the upcoming months and allocate the budget as necessary to get the results we are looking for.

CS: What are the benefits to your members as a result of this partnership?

DC: More members and building our brand. Based on the success of our relationship, we continue to perform well compared to prior periods. Together, we are making the communities we serve healthier and more fitness conscious.

CS: Have you been pleasantly surprised by working with Epsilon in any way?

DC: The team at Epsilon is readily available and quick to assist with any project changes that we may need. The depth of products and services that Epsilon has is a significant benefit for an organization such as ours that has multiple locations across multiple marketing across the country.

CS: What else can you tell other club owners about the benefits of working with Epsilon?

DC: I would tell other club owners that working with Epsilon gives you the comfort in knowing that you are in a partnership with an organization dedicated to brand building and marketing results. Epsilon works diligently to help us attain our goals and objectives as an organization. We have not found another business in the fitness industry that you can have a complete marketing solution with and has as many years of experience, industry knowledge, technological sophistication and resources behind you.
