NASM and ELIVATE Form Strategic Parntership

The National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and ELIVATE, MeyerDC and MeyerPT, have formed a strategic partnership to deliver cutting-edge, evidence-based top health and fitness training programs to their nationwide distribution network in the physical therapy, chiropractic and fitness industries. As health and wellness industry thought leaders, these three divisions will resell NASM’s Corrective Exercise (CES) and Performance Enhancement Specializations (PES), bringing state-of-the-art exercise techniques, knowledge and skills to their customers.

“ELIVATE, MeyerDC and MeyerPT have provided the health and fitness industry with the most effective products and equipment solutions for more than 67 years, and we are dedicated to providing chiropractors, physical therapists and fitness professionals with proper education and training,” said Ron Harrington, CEO and owner. “This partnership with NASM ensures that our entire customer base has access to the best in-class training and certifications.”

As part of the partnership, ELIVATE will work alongside NASM as their Preferred Product Supplier to identify new and emerging products and services within the fitness, sports chiropractic and personal training markets. NASM and ELIVATE will combine these products with excellent education and training, continuing the companies’ high standard within the fitness industry. MeyerDC and MeyerPT will both play important roles in reaching audiences that also can greatly benefit from NASM’s programs and credentials, coupled with national product distribution.

The NASM-PES offers professionals the ability to learn cutting-edge performance assessment techniques and sport-specific program design. It offers scientifically-valid, evidence-based applications which achieve remarkable results with top professionals. The NASM-CES provides professionals with the skills and knowledge to help patients, members and athletes prevent injuries, reduce movement deficiencies, improve muscle imbalances, and maximize physical performance results. By following the techniques featured in the programs, professionals gain the knowledge, skills, systems and solutions to become an elite Corrective Exercise and Performance Enhancement Specialist.
