ASF Payment Solutions is excited to announce a unique way of strengthening and retaining health club memberships. By integrating ASF’s new mobile app with its software’s online scheduler, club members now have the ability to view and register by phone their classes and personal training appointments (day, week, month, type, or instructor).
Emphasizing “ease of use,” members can now schedule personal training appointments; reserve spots in popular classes such as Zumba, Spin, etc.; view their previous personal training sessions, or purchase new ones from their smartphones.
An added convenience is syncing to their phone’s Outlook calendar. Members can also add themselves to a class or personal training waiting list, and check into the club with the mobile app barcode.
Clubs will be able to send push notifications to their members and offer referral reward programs, fitness challenges, workout tracking and benefit from personal training sales.
“Through combining ASF’s application programming interface (API) with Netpulse, this app is the first of its kind to be native in the fitness industry and not have to operate through a web-enhanced method. This not only means immediate member access, but also they will not have to log-in multiple times for different functions; plus, it operates with ten times more efficiency,” said Sean Kirby, the vice president of client relations for ASF.
By connecting directly with members through ASF’s mobile app, clubs can strengthen engagement, increase revenue and enhance the member experience by integrating key ASF technologies in one club-branded mobile app.
“The new ASF mobile app is truly groundbreaking for the fitness industry. It is among the first Club Mobile Apps to have fully native class scheduling, personal training booking and session management, combined with a wealth of member engagement and revenue generating features. This represents an incredibly innovative offering and a big win for ASF customers,” said John Ford, the president of Netpulse.
