Netpulse, the #1 provider of mobile apps for health clubs, announced today the launch of its Enterprise Mobile Platform, a complete digital solution for enterprise health clubs to deploy a mobile app that will drive club marketing, member engagement and operational efficiency. Combining industry-leading technology with deep customization, the Enterprise Mobile Platform enables large fitness organizations to deliver a robust mobile app to market at a fraction of the time and cost of building from scratch.

“Every commercial fitness organization in 2016 must have a mobile strategy,” said John Ford, President of Netpulse. “Our focus is to deliver a platform that serves as a critical component of an enterprise’s digital marketing strategy for acquiring new members and upsells.”

The fully scalable platform enables enterprise clubs to leverage their members’ smartphones to drive revenue with features like mobile referrals, guest passes and rewards. This functionality enhances a club’s ability to acquire new members, retain existing members and drive upsells like personal training, all using the digital channel that members are constantly plugged into —  smartphones.

“Companies such as Starbucks and Domino’s have been using mobile loyalty programs to drive sales for years,” said Ford. “With our mobile rewards feature, clubs can now do the same.”

The need for a robust mobile solution in the industry has grown as global smartphone penetration is expected to reach 66.5% by 2018, increasing from 41.6% in 2013. By providing enterprise clubs with a flexible platform on which to develop innovative features, they can quickly and cost-effectively launch a distinctive mobile app that captures their unique brand. The modular platform also integrates with existing club technologies, such as member management and billing systems.

“Our platform already integrates with the industry’s top technology providers, like ABC Financial, ASF Payment Solutions and ClubReady, and is flexible enough to integrate an enterprise’s prior IT investments, ensuring a cost effective launch that brings a world-class mobile solution to market quickly,” said Ford.

Industry leaders such as Planet Fitness, Goodlife Health Clubs, UFC Gym and Gold’s Gym already leverage the Enterprise Mobile Platform to power their mobile apps.
