National budget gym chain, Xercise4Less, has opted for fitness software provider Virtuagym to offer its members an all-in-one solution for exercise and nutrition coaching, and to support their staff with Virtuagym’s solutions for membership management, scheduling, and access control.
Xercise4Less has been experiencing strong growth over the past period, with 43 locations open, and another four clubs on the way by the end of the year. Their mission, as “the People’s Gym,” is to offer the best facilities for the lowest price. To aid them in this mission, Xercise4Less was looking for a comprehensive software solution to better serve their member base.
They have chosen Virtuagym. The app, which officially launches on 30th September, will be made available to 285,000 members. It is the first of its kind to combine fitness & nutrition tracking with social, community hubs and support.
Members will be able to log and plan their activity with their own customized calendar, download workout programs with 3D demos, and have access to all of the class timetables enabling them to book classes.
Xercise4Less staff will benefit from Virtuagym’s platform as well. It will enable easier and more convenient communication between personal trainers and their clients, with PTs able to load client workout plans to fully interact with their clients. Instructors gain clear insights in class popularity and have access to real-time information about attendance, thanks to the mobile app and integrations with access control and a credit system.
