Styku’s 3D Scanner Helps Stafford Wellness Grow Business Immensely


According to Aaron Stafford, the owner of Stafford Wellness, Styku has grown his business immensely by not only bringing in new clientele, but retaining them as well. In addition, it’s so quick and easy to use that his personal trainers have been able to focus more on training, and less on compiling body and fitness data. 

Here, Stafford discusses more ways Styku has boosted his business’ engagement with members and revenue.

CS: How were you introduced to Styku and why did you decide to offer the product at your facility? 

AS: I first encountered Styku at the IHRSA convention and immediately fell in love with the product — I purchased it on the spot. I was looking for a way to accurately measure a large number of people enrolled in my 20/30 Fast Track and boot camp programs. Styku has proven itself to be the most accurate and precise way to gather the body data of my clients and show them their progress using state-of-the-art 3D technology. 

CS: What have been the benefits to your business?  

AS: Styku has grown my business immensely by not only bringing in new clientele, but retaining them as well. The 3D scans have engaged my clients in manners previously unattainable. They provide a visual effect that far outweighs just a number on a scale. Additionally, because the Styku system is so easy and quick to operate (a scan only takes 40 seconds), our personal trainers have been able to focus more on training and less on compiling body and fitness data. 

CS: What have been the benefits to your members?  

AS: The detailed amount of information that Styku provides gives members an in-depth look at themselves visually, while maintaining the precision of numeric data. This combination serves as the ultimate motivator to stay enrolled in our boot camp programs. Additionally, Styku offers easy-to-use workout and caloric tools that our personal trainers can use to set goals with their clients. These goal dates also serve as a huge motivator for members in our programs.  

CS: Is the product easy to use and educate members on? 

AS: Yes! We have seamlessly implemented Styku into our facility. The user interface allows us to easily show members their progress and the fitness goals they want to reach. Styku has engaged our members by giving them not only a scan, but also an experience vital to their growth with Stafford. 

CS: What else can you tell other club operators about the benefits of Styku? 

AS: I always say that in order to effectively sell something, you have to believe in it. I believe in our exercise methods at Stafford and the tools that Styku provides to enhance those methods. No other assessment tool has been able to engage my members like Styku has. This, in turn, has validated the essential value of our fitness and wellness programs by proving to members they have the strength to change and become the best versions of themselves.
