To accommodate increased demand for its innovative functional training products, Torque Fitness has hired seasoned industry veteran Tim Block as National Accounts Sales Manager, where he will serve existing accounts and continue developing direct sales with new business.
With 25 years of experience in the fitness industry, Block most recently was the national key account manager at Precor®, Inc., where he exceeded sales goals each year from 2008-2014 and significantly grew key account business over nearly nine years. Previously at Precor, Block served as a territory manager, responsible for direct sales to health clubs, and a dealer manager for the central U.S. region.
Prior to Precor, Block spent nine years at the Nautilus® Group, where he was a dealer manager for Nautilus, Stairmaster, Schwinn and Quinton products across six states, and was a territory manager for Stairmaster. He also has worked for a specialty fitness equipment retailer and several health clubs.
