CS: How were you introduced to KORR, and why did you decide to work with them?
SM: We were researching metabolic testing and after extensive comparisons we decided to go with KORR knowing that it was the gold standard of the industry. We wanted our clients to get the most accurate data possible.
CS: What are the benefits to your business as a result of this partnership?

CS: What are the benefits to your members as a result of this partnership?
SM: Our members are becoming educated on the correct ways to approach their workout so that they can truly start seeing their body change the way they want it to. Clients also have a higher level of trust in our company because of the information we are able to provide for them with KORR technology.
CS: Describe how you’ve incorporated KORR and metabolic testing into your facility.
BS: We offer metabolic testing to all clients. Some have a metabolic profile included on their account because of their purchased package and a lot come and purchase it a la carte. Once we have completed the metabolic testing we inform the client of their zones, then we use our heart rate monitoring system to input their specific zones so that they can train correctly while taking class in the studio.
CS: Have you been pleasantly surprised by working with KORR in any way?
BS: We are pleasantly surprised by the great customer service we get with KORR. If we have a question or need anything, our concerns and needs are addressed quickly and they usually solve the issue right away. We feel very supported by the KORR company.
