Daxko, the member-based health and wellness industry’s leading software and payments provider, announced that Ron Lamb will lead the company as its new CEO. Dave Gray, former CEO, will remain an active board member to support the company’s future growth.
Lamb spent 26 years at Reynolds and Reynolds, a global provider of software, hardware, and other services for retail automotive dealerships, beginning as a sales trainee and steadily rising through the organization to become its President in 2010. Throughout his tenure leading the company, Lamb inspired and honed the focus of 5,000 team members around his vision for delivering a Retail Management System to revolutionize the customer experience. This transformation involved a re-engineering of the company’s portfolio from back-office ERP applications into a dynamic suite of retailing solutions that resulted in a 30 percent revenue growth to $1.3 billion.
“Ron’s experience leading a complex technology organization makes him the perfect candidate for pioneering the next stage of Daxko’s growth,” said Travis Pearson, Board Chair. “We appreciate Dave Gray’s leadership in laying a strong foundation for the company and value his continued participation as a board member.”
“I am thrilled to join the talented Daxko team members who come into the office everyday energized by the mission of serving health and wellness centers of all shapes and sizes,” shared Lamb. “Through their dedication, we will continue to deliver exceptional experiences to a growing number of customers who are building healthier communities worldwide.”
