We are striving to connect multiple data sources, such as cardio equipment, wearables and beacons. That’s only possible if you have a partner that sees the value in providing members with their data and are willing to devote the resources to help us build a system to deliver it.
DD: Because of their robust APIs we are able to easily connect to Salesforce and numerous other platforms. This is very helpful from an operations perspective.
DD: It has a great scheduler, and robust reporting functionality that meet most of our requirements and are very informative.
DD: We have deployed about a dozen major software platforms over the last 15 years, and Club Automation’s team is the best we have worked with.
DD: Their Payment Services has been rock solid. Billing is the one thing you can’t get wrong and we have never had an issue with their Payment Services solution.
