2019 was the year for industry partnerships and growth for FitnessEMS. The industry-specific asset management/consulting firm rings in 2020 with great new partnerships, including Matrix, Freemotion and Ecofit. These partnerships include API integrations within systems with a focus on reducing the burden for technicians through warranty claim processing, error codes, automatic equipment list population and much more. The secondary goal is to create strategies for strengthening the brands.
The partnership with Ecofit provides a holistic cross-brand solution for managing the people and processes involved in health club management, and using collected data to make informed business decisions and respond more quickly to emerging trends. Customers can now access their Ecofit reports through the FitnessEMS platform, providing key equipment information through a single login.
Globally, FitnessEMS has partnered with some of the largest dealers and service providers in Australia, Mexico, the Caribbean and New Zealand. These partnerships have not only opened these markets to FitnessEMS, but also help our current customers scale into other territories where we can provide software, source service and parts, and strategize growth. The software solution is now serving over 4,000 locations globally.
The goal of these partnerships is to learn from one another to provide health clubs with the best all around solutions for managing the facility and the equipment within it.
The 2020 plan is to add select fitness industry service companies 10 operators currently in the U.S. and six abroad. These efforts will help club operators standardize equipment repair and maintenance with best practices learned through our relationships.
