How has TRX helped enhance your fitness offerings?
By allowing Regymen to work with their engineers on some of our ideas, and bringing these ideas to life with their equipment, TRX has made it much easier for us to accomplish our programming goals for our members. They are always open to hear our needs, and they take these requests in — along with those from other customers — and they are able to evolve products as the trends in our industry continue to change.
What do your members love most about TRX?
Our members love the fact they can get everything from a full-body workout to some deep stretching with TRX. For new members, once they use TRX equipment for the first time, they appreciate that they can immediately understand the most basic of movements with TRX, allowing them to feel a greater sense of confidence in themselves and feel they can handle any movements in the Regymen workouts.
How would you rate TRX’s customer service and support?
Over the last few years, we have had nothing but a positive relationship with the TRX team at every level. They have always been helpful in supporting our Regymen locations during grand openings, as well as helping promote us on social media and within industry publications whenever applicable. The bottom line is as a customer, when my team contacts TRX with a question, last minute order or for help in any way, I am always confident they will help find a solution in minimal time.
Why should other club operators consider working with TRX?
You have to have a relationship with your vendors. No matter how much or how little you are spending, the vendors are a lifeline to any growing fitness platform. TRX has been one of our favorite groups — the experience Regymen has had with TRX has been great for both parties. I strongly encourage any facility looking to expand their training offerings to talk with the team at TRX, ask them for feedback as to what they have seen is and isn’t working within the industry, and let them take that information and tailor it to the club’s needs.
