Vicki Brick, the CEO of Brick Bodies, shares about Matrix’s customer service and how their equipment has been enhancing class offerings.

Brick Bodies Fitness Services, Inc wanted to provide their members with equipment that is reliable, durable and ultimately something they will enjoy using. Because of this, Vicki Brick, the CEO of Brick Bodies, said they decided to put Matrix equipment in their clubs.

Here, Brick shares about Matrix’s customer service, their Sprint 8 Challenge and how Matrix’s equipment enhances Brick Bodies’ class offerings.

How would you rate Matrix’s customer service and support?

Matrix is an industry leader related to customer service and support. You can tell the Matrix team understands the importance of our members’ experience inside our facility by helping us address and repair any equipment issues quickly. Dave Detweiler and the rest of the Matrix team are responsive, accessible and provide fantastic support to the club.

You’ve recently had instructors get Matrix Ride certified. How will this new offering help your club achieve its goals?

A big part of our culture is continuous upskilling and education. The ability to get our team Matrix Ride certified allowed us to provide a benefit for our team to learn new skills and receive CEC’s. Our instructors are able to use the metrics training they received through Matrix Ride to challenge their class participants to ride harder and set new goals for themselves. The Matrix Ride certification has helped to make our instructor team better, which also allows them to provide a better experience for our members. 

How has running a Sprint 8 Challenge impacted your members and your business?

Sprint 8 Challenge is a small group training program that provides our club with a profitable offering that creates a retention building community while delivering on the promise of tangible muscle gains and fat loss. Many members are seeing considerable results in just eight weeks and are referring other members to participate. The program also helps to expose our trainers to more members, which helps to create a pipeline for the trainer to grow their one-on-one clients.

How has MX4 small group training been enhancing class offerings?

The class structure is simple to follow, and it can be tailored to all fitness levels. Our members love getting a great workout in a short amount of time while using a variety of equipment during each station of cardio, strength, power and endurance. Our trainers love it because it is easy to teach and exposes them to more members.
