Fitness industry veteran, Jessica Yarmey, and leading equipment manufacturer, Stroops, have partnered to launch a new boutique fitness concept called FlexSociety. The groundbreaking concept is poised to transform strength training in the boutique fitness space, merging strength with stability training and making it accessible to all fitness levels.
The FlexSociety workout uses Stroops equipment to safely and effectively train large movement muscles in conjunction with small stability and balance muscles. The result is a comprehensive class that offers individuals of all fitness levels a holistic and safe approach that adds strength and stability to their lives. FlexSociety will provide a variety of class formats that leverage Slastix, the Optimill, and other innovative equipment from Stroops to deliver effective and engaging workouts. From high-intensity interval training to Pilates stability training, FlexSociety caters to diverse fitness levels and goals, ensuring every member finds their perfect fit within the studio.
“Being in the fitness industry since 2012, I know there’s space for a concept that challenges strength and stability simultaneously,” said Yarmey. “The equipment supply partnership with Stroops allows us to provide an unparalleled fitness experience that seamlessly combines science-backed training methodologies with state-of-the-art equipment. I’m excited to empower members to transcend their fitness goals and step into their own strength.”
