Gold’s Gym SoCal has opened the doors to its very first Long Beach club, a 35,000 square-foot, state-of-the-art facility conveniently located at The Pike.
As the only gym at The Pike, Gold’s Gym SoCal is bringing an elevated, energy-filled two-story fitness space equipped for all levels and abilities to Los Angeles County’s second-biggest city. New members will be met with the city’s only fitness center that has an escape room with a private gym for quiet workouts, Eleiko strength-training platforms, a substantial free weight area with a double row of benches, a recovery area, world-class group exercises, Gold’s Gym’s signature playground turf area with sled lanes, a boxing rig with heavy bags, two hours of free parking and more.
“Whether you’re a newbie or a seasoned pro, the grand debut of Gold’s Gym SoCal at The Pike brings with it a workout for everyone,” said Brian Morris, the senior vice president of Gold’s Gym SoCal. “We’ve been wanting to expand our network to LBC for a long time, so when the opportunity arose to open our very own location packed with all of our member’s favorite Gold’s Gym amenities and equipment, we knew we had to take it. More than 500 people walked through our doors on the first morning, and we can’t wait to welcome more members to experience all Gold’s Gym Long Beach has to offer.”
With amenities to elevate the fitness experience, the club is equipped with executive locker rooms, massage and hydro recovery beds, a sauna and steam room, a jam-packed group exercise schedule and personal training sessions.
With a now 23-strong portfolio of clubs across Southern California, the iconic group will be celebrating the new Long Beach facility with a grand opening event on June 29, 2024, with exclusive giveaways and community initiatives. Additionally, the gym will offer special promotions and incentives for new and existing members to experience the state-of-the-art amenities firsthand.
With more than three decades of being at the forefront of the fitness industry and inspiring individuals to achieve their goals in Southern California, the group has also pledged a $15 million investment in transformative remodels across multiple clubs in the market.
