Do members renew if needs are being met? You bet! The only way to meet needs is to first know what they want. You should have many ways to find out what members a looking for: surveys, client panels, suggestion boxes, an open-door-management policy, whatever you need to do to stay in tune with what the majority is expecting. If you are keeping the majority happy and satisfied then the majority will always stick with you and that’s the best group to cater to.
