You get the idea. Our idea back in 1991 was to automate as many of our health club’s management functions as possible so we could spend more time on our members.
Well, that acorn of an idea grew into Twin Oaks! Founders Eric Schuler and Peter Kroon strategically added more former club operators, soon amassing a professional staff with over 100 years’ experience in the trenches. Twin Oaks drew on that experience to automate virtually every club management task you can imagine. Keeping data safety first, they became PCI-DSS compliant back in 2006. Remote club management is now a reality with ever-expanding services for managers, online joining, and web-based scheduling software generates automatic notifications to trainer, member and management.
These sorts of innovations, together with their roots in excellent customer service have led to the industry’s best retention rate — 98 percent. And 50 percent of their new customers are referred by existing customers.
