Effective use of member surveys can help you identify the needs and wants of your membership base. They can also be a fun way for people to interact with the facility on a regular basis, which can lead to increased retention.
Remember the more things you can have your members participating in at the club, the less likely they are to quit. Start sending out monthly surveys about their experience. Ask them to rate the staff, choose from new programming or even throw in some goofy stuff, just for fun. Every survey should be backed up with a reward program that incentivises your members to participate. You’ll be blown away with the feed back you get and it will lead to a better club.
