When meeting with a potential new member, always keep it top of mind that you have to help them get what they want in order to make them a member. Take the time to understand why they have come to your facility for a tour in the first place. Understand your potential new member by asking questions that will reveal what they would like to accomplish with their health and fitness goals and why it is important to them. If you help them get what they want, they will become a member.
