Snap Fitness announced the appointment of Chad Vinson Ruf as director of personal training.
With an extensive background in the fitness industry, Snap Fitness has brought Ruf on board to assist in building the personal training business with training, resources and programs designed to boost franchisees bottom line.
“With Chad’s wealth of knowledge, we are confident that he will provide our personal trainers with the best strategies and programs to help our members achieve their lifestyle goals,” said Peter Taunton, the founder and CEO of Snap Fitness. “Through his past work, Chad has shown the ability to establish strategic training programs which will assist us in continuing the growth of our brand. We are excited to welcome Ruf to the Snap Fitness team.”
As an International Sports Science Association (ISSA) certified personal trainer, Ruf’s resume is highlighted by more than 10 years of experience with companies such as Gold’s Gym and 24 Hour Fitness where he has helped develop the initial training protocol in the state of Colorado. Additionally, he has been responsible for the overall operation of multiple fitness clubs.
