Always introduce the clients to as many staff members as early as possible. This allows the new guest to get comfortable with the crew, and helps them acclimate as quickly as possible. Once a prospect becomes a member, then the introductions should continue until they know the staff in every department. We want members to feel at home. We want members to realize they have several options to get things done, and we want members to feel as though they have a lot of support around them. If we accomplish this from the beginning, then we’ll have a satisfied customer who knows he can count on his team.
