webTwin Oaks’ Sales Dashboard can help sales reps get motivated and track progress against their goals. Featuring an online view, as well as a desktop view, each sales rep can log into the Twin Oaks Contact Manager module, where they will see their goals and how they are performing in comparison.

The Sales Dashboard allows club managers to set and manage five major goals for their sales reps, with the objective of monitoring each rep’s sales activities and member-booked appointments. Managers can create, edit and browse goals for all active reps. A colorful graph displays each rep’s lead count, new membership sales, commission, appointment count and tours, all while viewing their own personal dashboard. A sidebar-scheduling grid — showing daily appointments for tours, incoming joins, renewals, etc. — increases productivity as well, since it visually exhibits what is happening today.

The dashboard enhancement not only helps managers monitor and track individual goals versus results, it also can lead to better management of how club marketing is performing. Quick fingertip numbers are available from various reports to indicate how marketing efforts, such as direct mail, promotions and other initiatives are performing. Finally, the enhanced dashboard allows the clubs to thoroughly understand where prospects are coming from, and what’s making the phone ring. Facilities that promote their club’s website in all marketing pieces are seeing excellent results and increases in membership sales via online joining.

Special Features

The use of a member portal, which assists current members by allowing them to update billing information, pay balances online, purchase personal training packages, view usage and accounts receivable history, is huge. All of which can be done easily and quickly from home, or anywhere there’s Internet access. Note that setting up an e-Commerce merchant account is required to accept credit cards online.

Online booking and scheduling for personal training appointments, class sign-ups, non-member program enrollment and 24/7 access, all add to the many pluses of a fully-integrated software product.
