The Atlantic Club Brings High-End Skin Care Procedure to Members
The Atlantic Club boasts two premier health clubs in Manasquan and Red Bank, N.J. Combined, the two clubs serve over 9,000 members, who have access to a multitude of state-of-the-art equipment, programs and amenities.
As of last year, those amenities include HydraFacial, a non-invasive, non-surgical skin resurfacing procedure that delivers members immediate results, with no discomfort or downtime. The Atlantic Club’s Milagro Spa and Salon leadership team took some time to explain how HydraFacial has been implemented.
CS: How were you introduced to HydraFacial
KM: I was first introduced to HydraFacial at the North American SIBEC event in 2011. After a meeting with their team, The Milagro Spa leadership team realized it would be a good fit for the Milagro Spa’s skincare business. – Kevin McHugh, CEO.
CS: How have you implemented HydraFacial in your club?
CI: The Milagro Spa launched the HydraFacial services in Spring 2013 to overwhelming success. The training and support provided by the HydraFacial team made for a seamless introduction of this service and the launch events were tremendous and we were able to recoup almost the entire cost of the machine in the first event.
In addition to the events in the spa, we performed HydraFacial demonstrations and complimentary mini-facials in the lobby of the Atlantic Club to introduce this amazing new service to our members. This was a great way to have club members experience HydraFacial, learn about the benefits and we were able to schedule many members to have full HydraFacial services in the spa. – Carly Inmen, Milagro Spa Marketing Director.
CS: How has HydraFacial helped your business?
KG: HydraFacial has been a great addition to our menu of skincare services in the spa. We were looking for a service that could deliver results and compete with the many medi-spas in the area, and wanted to give our clients an alternative to those services. HydraFacial has done that and more! Clients are getting great results from the facial program and take-home products, and because the service works best in a series of facials, many clients are purchasing packages of three or six facials at one time. – Kathy Guibord, Senior Director.
CS: What do your members think of HydraFacial?
RG: Our members and spa clients have had an overwhelmingly positive response to the addition of HydraFacial services to our spa menu. Clients are seeing real results and because HydraFacial is focused on skin health, they are looking good and feeling good about the service.
