Star Trac Caters to CAC’s Equipment Needs

Having an equipment manufacturer that not only has great equipment, but also great service, is paramount to your business’ success. Here, Brandon Yates, a director of personal training at Chicago Athletic Clubs, shares why his partnership with Star Trac has been such a beneficial one.

CS: What’s the main benefit of partnering with Star Trac to your company?

BY: The main benefit of working with Star Trac has been their undivided attention to all of our needs with equipment ordering, equipment layout options, servicing and much more.

CS: What’s the main benefit of partnering with Star Trac to your members?

BY: We have been able to schedule bi weekly walkthroughs with technicians to make sure all of our equipment is functioning properly. Our goal is to never have a piece of cardio or strength equipment down for more than one day and these scheduled walkthroughs have allowed us to achieve this for our members.

CS: In your opinion, how does Star Trac stand out from competitors?

BY: Star Trac never discards any of our requests. They are always more than happy to be flexible to our facility needs.

CS: Which of your Star Trac products have you received positive feedback on from your members or trainers?

BY: The treadmills stand out from their function and their looks aesthetically. All member’s love the fan options on the Star Trac cardio pieces.

CS: What can other club owners learn from your partnership with Star Trac?

BY: If you are looking for a company that will cater to your equipment and service needs in more than a timely manner, Star Trac is it!
