Good Looks, Better Health: Hypopressive Techniques
Share on FacebookShare on LinkedIn

Most people want two things from their efforts in a fitness setting: good looks and better health. Seems reasonable enough.

Hypopressive Techniques is an innovative workout. It’s said Hypopressive Techniques is the pressure-less workout that everyone and anyone, regardless of condition, can do. It’s an opportunity for individuals, fitness facilities and professional trainers alike.

Why a pressure-less workout?

Hypopressives Techniques views the body as a complete being, supported by a balloon-like region referred to as the abdominal-perineal cavity, sometimes called the trunk or core. Most exercise creates an increase in the body’s internal pressure. When you compress any part of a balloon, other parts experience an increase in pressure. Hypopressive Techniques decreases the internal pressure using learned postures and breath work, rehabilitating and restoring muscle tone and strength to the abdominal-perineal region creating the pressure-less workout.

What is Hypopressive Techniques?

An evidence-based technique unifying postural and breathing exercises that reduces internal pressure. This combined practice results in toned muscles, enhanced respiratory capability, greater strength, improved appearance, better sexual performance and benefits an individual’s overall health.

Why bring Hypopressive Techniques to your facility?

Hypopressive Techniques have earned worldwide recognition as effective and flexible, and training programs are now being offered in the U.S. The training encourages clients to make repeated transitions within personal training, small group training and group fitness as they progress, creating their own practice. This builds community and business for your healthcare/fitness facility and practitioners.

Who benefits from Hypopressive Techniques?

Everyone and anyone — from the new formerly sedentary client to the elite athlete — benefits from Hypopressive Techniques. New exercisers learn easily and quickly regardless of their condition making Hypopressive Techniques safe and low risk. Elite athletes quickly improved respiratory capability, just one quickly developed benefit that all realize. Age, size or shape, there are few who can’t learn and accomplish Hypopressive Techniques. Alone or as part of an integrative health/fitness program, everyone benefits.

Facilities and staff enjoy greater participation and utilization of space with no equipment needs. Hypopressive Techniques is compatible inside or out.
